You know that outfit hanging in your closet that you absolutely love, but have nowhere to wear it? 

Well, we found you somewhere. 

Join us for our Nowhere to Wear This Tea Party, an evening dedicated to giving those fabulous, ridiculous, fancy, nostalgic, or wonderfully over-the-top outfits another night out!

Maybe it’s your wedding dress. Maybe it’s a bridesmaid dress you were definitely going to wear again. A tuxedo or fancy suit. A flapper gown. A fabulous vintage '50s outfit. A cosplay that took you six months to make and has only seen the light of day once.

Whatever it is, wear it. There is no dress code beyond “I never have anywhere to wear this.”

And because we're taking this very seriously, we're throwing an English Afternoon Tea Party... at night.

We'll have tea, tiered tea trays, teacups (the fancy paper variety, because we're not completely unhinged), scones, finger sandwiches, petite fours, and plenty of opportunities to sit around in wildly inappropriate formalwear while knitting and crocheting.

October Make & Take

We're also combining the party with our October Make & Take!

This month, we'll be making adorable Witch Hat & Pumpkin Car Mirror Hangers, both in Knit and Crochet. Patterns to come. (They're cute, I promise).

We'll provide all the materials you need for the project.

Just bring your:

- Crochet hook or knitting needles (sizes to come)
- Outfit that desperately needs an excuse to leave the closet
- Willingness to be slightly ridiculous with us

Don't have a fancy outfit? Come anyway! The whole point is to have fun. Wear a ball gown, cosplay, suit, vintage dress, Halloween costume, jeans, pajamas — whatever makes you happy.

Come for the tea. Stay for the crafting. Dress for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
